I have a yummy recipe!

I have a yummy recipe!

FH and I came up with this recipe and I thought I'd share.

Cheeseburger Paradise:

2 hamburger patties
3-4 small pickles
red onion
ketchup
mustard
beer (preferable a hefeweisen or a summer ale)
cheddar cheese
brown rice

Chop up the pickles and red onion into fine pieces.
Break the hamburger patties into small pieces.
Cook hamburger, pickles, onion, with about 1/4 cup of beer. Add ketchup and mustard to taste.
When most of the liquid has boiled off but it is still moist, melt cheese on top.
Serve over brown rice.

Mmmmmmmm!
