Bridal Shoes.com PROBLEM - ADVICE NEEDED!

hi-
has anyone used www.bridalshoes.com before?

I ordered my shoes from there in August and then came in great!

However, I sent them back to be dyed with a swatch of my dress and have still not received them back. I mailed them back on 8-31-05!

has this happened to anyone else? I've emailed/called their customer service numerous times now an still haven't heard back. I'm not sure what to do now....

I ordered shoes from Bridalshoes.com on August 3rd and received a 'confirmation' e-mail. Three weeks later I still hadn't received the shoes (but wasn't charged for them either). They never responded to my calls or e-mails. I just wrote them off and ordered my shoes from a different website. Sorry, I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to let you know that I had a similar experience with Bridalshoes.com.

Ugh! I'm soo mad. I did get them. I just haven't received them back dyed.

So annoyed:mad

It does say on their website though(practicall hidden) to allow 14 business days (which frankly is absurd) for dyeing. Technically, that would have been Tuesday. So it would take a day or 2 to ship back.

I swear, if don't receive them back by Friday. I'm driving to where they are located in Nassau County to see what f*** is going on. Their address is listed on the website.

My second fitting is 10/1 and if don't have shoes for it - i will freak out. As if you already couldn't tel that i am.

Thanks for your post though! At least i know its just not me being paranoid or something.
