Note to Voters: Christine already had to alter her dress to a long sleeve b/c she hates her arms....now, do we have to alter it to look like a bedsheet???????

I don't know what a brioche is.

a Brioche - when made well, is really light and fluffy. It looks like it has a little nub at the top of a muffin. It is not light and crusty like a croussant, nor is it as dense as a muffin. It is excellent with a cup of coffee.
