brown BM dress in july??

i don't know what to do. i love this dress. it's bill levkoff #966, it looks great on my BMs. i just can't decide on a color.

i love how it looks here in champagne, but i don't want champagne because it's too close to white. i have a july wedding.

i was thinking maybe lilac dress/violet sash, or euro wine or maybe euro sable (brown). i love the contrasting sash...what colors could contrast with wine or sable??

and is brown okay in july?? uggg...you can see the colors on the bill levkoff website. it can be made in any euro combination

Why don't you do the sable with a peri or rose colored sash? Then you can bring in more of a spring element, and the flowers can coordinate with that.

I used euro sable in july and used all pink flowers to lighten it up. I thought it works great as long as you don't use darker colors to complement it.

I say use whatever color you want! I would have used brown for my july wedding, only I fell inlove with a champagne color instead.

Do what you want! I am getting married in May and will be using a soft merlot color with pink and lime green accents!

I love the brown/pink combo. It is very popular now. I like the softness of the euro sable. Go for it.

Do what you want. Tradition isn't paying for your wedding. I'm hearing a boatload of stuff about having my bridesmaids in black for a Spring wedding. My FH and I picked the colors even before we were engaged, way before we picked our unique date. My BM are so excited for black! And black is my favorite color, no matter what time of year.

the problem is i have NO IDEA what i want!! i begin to like something, then i find something else and i like it better. i love deep rich colors, and i think that's why i don't want the lilac anymore. it's too light.

what about sable with a champagne sash?

OMG that is the dress I am wearing for my friends wedding next June. I am her MOH and we had the same dilemma. I happen to think that that color is beautiful in the summer. You can do any color to go along with it. Her choice was originally to do pinks and reds with it. I wouldn't call it brown though. What we finally decided is on red and white. All of the BMs will be in solid red and I will be in red with a white sash. It is a GORGEOUS dress. If you are looking for a decent price (we saw it in 4 different boutiques), we found the cheapest at Commack bridal center.

Hi!!! I love the dress as well but I can't decide on what colors. Orginally I wanted pink but I am not so crazy about the selection of the pink and then I was thinking how about the dress in Lilac and the sash in violet or euro periwinkle and euro skyblue. I am so stressed I am just about to pick the color out of a hat!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any advice please!!

I love this Dress! Where is it from? I am getting married in July too and I am thinking of getting champagne for the Bridesmaids dresses.
