Dress fitting - THIS SATURDAY!!!!

need two more BM gifts and all of the groomsmen and parent gifts

purchase yarmulkes

purchase ketubah

go for marriage license

do programs

make my baskets for the dried leafs scattered down the aisle, yarmulkes and programs

tuxes for the kids in the BP and for FH

menu, linens and other decor

I know there's more that I'm just not thinking of right now

My first fitting which is Oct 18th

BP and parent gifts
Programs (which I have, I just need to print them)
Marriage License
Menu
Make last payments to vendors
Favors (already picked out just need to order them, they take 3-5 days to come in)

There may be more but I think that's it for now, I will add more if I can think of anything else.

1. I have my second fitting and hopefully last on 10/10
2. meet with the DJ the last week of Oct.
3. meet with the photographers
4. order places cards at the beginning of Nov.

I think I am in pretty good shape. here is my to do list:

2 more fittings scheduled
Select menu this weekend at the hall & print up menus
Buy components for OOT bags
Drop off labeled OOT bags at hotel
Buy disposable video camera for HM
Something old & borrowed - still need these!
Gift for 1 more groomsman

Prepare a “reception box” for accessories such as guest books, cameras, toasting
goblets, cake toppers, etc., and assign someone to transport
Prepare day-of emergency kit
Prepare any speeches or toasts
Place tips for each vendor in envelopes

There is a bunch of stuff I'm forgetting. I'm way behind.

oh my goodness thinking of all of it makes me stress, haha:

- going with groom and fmil to choose groom's tux this evening!
- tasting this saturday, choose food
- shoes, hair trial, undergarments - all being shopped for tomorrow!
- meet with band to review selections
- give photographer completed form
- finish gifts for bridal party, pack, etc.
- parents gifts
- we added a groomesman so must change the limo situation...no clue!
- dress fitting on 10/4
- marriage license (just receive baptism certificates)
- choose ceremony music, readings, etc...
- make programs after choosing...
- choose linens, etc. for hall
- make away baskets for people staying in hotel
- FAVORS!!?? probably doing donation but have to make or order cards for this
- have to get unity candle
- cake topper?
- pack for honeymoon:)))))

i'm sure there are a zillion more things but this is enough for now haha. it's down to the wire ladies!!! enough waiting, now is the time when everything has to get DONE:) good luck!!!
