fall favor ideas

i've been playing around with the idea of caramel or candy apples as favors....has anyone ever seen this done or heard of how they did it...make them, order them..from where???

I think that its a GREAT ides - it adds to your tables and its a cute favor to bring home for the kids...something that your not going to throw our or have to dust ...

I my self have never made them but I am sure that isnt a task that your going to want to take on 5 days before your wedding ....and you really cant make them sooner then that I would think .....I

I think it's a fun favor, and maybe you could pull off making them over a week or two in advanced, as long as you refridgerate them.

my friend is having a fall wedding.. and she got these pretty glass mugs.. put teas (with there name & date on them), made some chocolate (that she made) and a cinnamon ticks.. then she is going to wrap it all up with ribbons & leafs...

I've tried making them b4, but they never come out looking good like the ones you see in stores. Good Luck! it's a cute idea

I love the cnady apples. I wanted to do them for my wedding, but the problem is it's edible, so you'd need one per person, not one per couple, and they're expensive!

That is one of the reasons I got the V-hour for our wedding...They offer them

I am a big fan of caramel apples. it may not be something YOU might want to do, but your mom, favorite aunt, BP, or someone crafty can make them a few days before. they are very simple and require very few things....if I wasn't in April, it would be something I would definitely consider.
