Westbury Manor girls--please help

what do they charge for gratuity (service charge--whatever

)

18% or 20%

it's important that i know ASAP. thanks!!!

i am getting charged 18% for a 'service charge' not for gratuity...that doesnt include tipping the Matre'd

I was charged 18% and thats not including tipping the bridal assistant or the mairte D so dont forget them! Im not sure but it may not include the bartender either. we tipped our bartender 100 bucks at the beginning of the night and let me tell you our guests were WELL taken care of- I still hear about how the bartender would call them over and give them fresh drinks and remembered ALL the drinks everyone was drinking- tipping goes along way!!!!!

18% not including the matra d' tip. 18% is the standard.

no i think that's the garden room. i'm in the largest room.

i think they may be trying to charge me 20%!!! my BM is calling me back tomorrow i hope because i need to get to the bottom of this!

the problem for me is that i have NO service charge listed in my contract. i've scoured it and there's nothing at all. but the receipt i have clearly is 20% (i figured it out) so i'm freaking

and we're being charged 18% - i would definately check on that if i were you
