Re: Royalton at the Roslyn Country Club

I think the minimum is 150.. i'm not sure how much it would be, ours was based on the amount of people we're having and we took a friday night.

Re: Royalton at the Roslyn Country Club

Hey, My FI's cousin was married here in July. The ceremony was held in the back yard of the club but we were stuck in traffic so we missed that part. The reception was great. I've been to a ton of weddings in the last few years and have to say that this was by far the best food I've ever had at a wedding. The cocktail hour had a ton of food (coconut shrimp, a thai station, sushi etc) and the dinner was great. Appetizer was duck salad and for dinner I had a steak that was mouth watering. Each and everything tasted like it was made to order just for us. The cocktail hour was held in a room which looked kind of like a library and had mahognay wood and fire places. The dinner was in a big ballroom. I think they had about 220 guests or so. I can't stress how good the food was. According to FI's sister who was a BM, the price per person was about 160 or something like that. i don't know if that included tax or what. Anyways, hope this helps.
ETA: they were married on a Sunday evening.

It is but the place is just gorgeous and the food was outrageous. I told my fiance that one day we have to have some kind of party there :)

Re: Royalton at the Roslyn Country Club

Anyone heard anything about the service?? It's all men, so I'm alittle bit scared! It sounds like we got a hell of a deal, we quoted the guy a really low number and he was like.. um yea we can do that! Worked out perfectly, only downside is that it is for a Friday night, Saturday was my frist choice.
