NWR-I have to share...LOWFAT MUFFINS-updated at bottom
OMIGODI made a lowfat chocolate muffins. they were amazing
even the FH loved them...it sounds weird but sooooooo good!
1 box of Devils food cake mix
1 15oz can of plain solid pumpkin
a little bit of water
1/4 c. of chocolate chips
mix the mix and the pumpkin..add water accordingly (the batter lookstoo thick so i add a little bit of water to thin the batter so use your judgement)
disperse batter into 18 muffin cups in muffin tins.
sprinkle a few chips in each one
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
YOU TOTALLY DO NOT TASTE THE PUMPKIN!
MY FH DIPISES PUMPKIN AND ATE ALL THE DAMN MUFFINS!
I am in the mist now of puting that recipe into a bundt pan. I folded in the chips into the batter and sprinkled some on top. and cooking it for like 35 minutes I will let u guys know how it turns out.....but the muffins are sooooo good....just try it u will not be sorry!
I got this from weight watchers website
if u are on WW it is supposedly 2 points per muffin. (be careful though if u get devils food cake mix with pudding in it it gets fudgey..stillk good though but it raises points!)
Enjoy ladies and dont feel guilty!

Another Weight Watcher tip for ya:Take a box of chocolate cake mix and put in a bowl. Add one can of diet soda (your choice of flavor). Put in muffin tin and bake. I believe it comes to 1 point each. Mind you, they don't rise very much so they are small, but it's good when you want a little treat. I'd cut it in half and put in fat-free whipped cream (kinda like a Yodel).

i did diet coke and choc cake and when i at them it was still warm the carbonation upset my stomach and i threw up....i hate diet coke!
but there are other combos like yellow cake and sprite
orange cake with orange soda

YIKES! That, thankfully, never happened to me.
Personally I like to use Black Cherry or Cream soda with Chocolate cake mix.
