I have a STD card idea, tell me what you think.

Since its halloween I thought how cute it would be to send out STD that at first look like halloween party invites and when people open them they see its really our save the date cards. I thought it would be cute. What do you think?

I think it's ok, as long as you make sure everyone knows you aren't throwing a halloween party. make sure you are really clear in the std.

It certainly sounds like a cool idea, but I'd be afraid of confusing people; if they think you're really having a Halloween party.

I know a lot of couples send them out with Christmas cards, since you listed that as an option I think that would be a better idea.

Unless you actually merged the wedding with Halloween, like if the STDs had a picture of Frankenstein and his bride or something from the Corpse Bride movie. To tie the 2 together, I think that would be cute!! HTH!!

Well there will be a picture of the two of us in the card. We'll properlly have a calender with our date marked. Ill try to find something funny to put in it.
