My hand hurts!

I spent 2 1/2 hours yesterday writing thank you cards for my shower. I tried to be as personal and 'ungeneric' as I could be...and I was able to include a nice note to everyone...but my hand is cramping up today!

Big props to shutterfly - I ordered note cards from them on Wednesday and got them on Friday. They looked great and I am so glad I am done. This is what we chose for the front:

And we wrote underneath:
Thanks for the 'star' treatment!

An idea for you to remember when your showers come around.... my mom went to staples and got small boxes for all those who sent presents but did not come. For a couple of bucks, we are sending them a copy of the 'program', the rose flower candle and the favor (victorian mirror).

We hope that they will like seeing some of the stuff from the shower. They were mostly older relatives who couldn't come for various reasons, so we thought it would be nice for them to feel apart of the day.

Wow! I love the idea of ordering notecards from shutterfly. That is such a great picture.

Hah - I am a bit of a ham and I totally was taking that two seconds after walking into the shower....
