Re: catholic mass program

yup - only 2 actual 'readings' - then usually you ask a family member to read the prayer of the faithful.

Re: catholic mass program

really, you can use as many readings as you want, but 2 is the most common.

I'm doing two.

Re: catholic mass program

I used a website to get all the details, plus the sunday book (can't remember what they call it). I had everything you can think of in my program, everything the priest says, the responses, the hyms, our vows, readings.... pretty much everything. I even had little things like please remain standing, kneeling etc. I wanted to make sure everyone knew what was going on and when. A bit anal, I know .

I am looking for the website but I can also email you my program and you can adjust as needed....

You have three readings... old & new testament (you choose readers) and the gospel. There is also the prayer of the faithful that someone can read for you.

Re: catholic mass program

If you want i can email you my layout. There are three readings 1st, 2nd & gospel (which the priest reads). Anyway let me know. I used other peoples layouts from weddings that I had been out & the sheet from the church let me know.
