Honeymoon Advice Please!

My fiance and I are looking at honeymoon registries for the first time. We have been browsing at thebigday.com, honeymoon.com, and Traveler's joy.com so far and were wondering if anyone had experience with these? Any advice or reccomendations would be most appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Honeymoon Advice Please!

I think most of those take a percentage of your gifts as their fee - which in my opinion is BS. I did a honeymoon registry through my own travel agent. It required a little more effort on the part of my MOH and travel agent, but worth it. My travel agent just made a list of dinners/activities/food and alcohol credits for the place we were going. Then my MOH included the info in the shower invitation and coordinated the gifts. Then one of my BMs who is artistic made up little gift certificates for me so I would have something to open and know what people contributed.
