I love my job but I am underpaid - it's a constant battle around here trying to get more $$$ - it's just so annoying because we all work so hard - SHOW YOUR EMPLOYEES YOU VALUE THEM BY GIVING THEM WHAT THEY WANT - $$$$!!!

both I guess..but when you make no money compared to other companies it is hard to even want to be here at all. It ***** feeling like you have to sell yourself everyday.

i love my job but it gets frustrating that temps and admin assistants (no offense to those who have those jobs) make more than i do.

I love being an events person. I love to put logistics together.

I HATE being underappreciated or people in my firm not understanding that it takes more 'than a couple phone calls' to put a huge event together.

btw, just bc you do events doesnt mean you arent SUPER nutzo about your own wedding-hahahahah

I don't like being ostracized for whatever reason these girls have for not talking to me. I also don't like not being taken seriously or respected as having any kind of authority from my peers.

As for $$ or environment, sadly $$ pays the bills which is why I stay here. But after the wedding I will return to my normal way of thinking, I'd rather love my job than get paid for something I hate doing.

Unfortunately, in order to live the lifestyle that we like, I have to work at this hell hole job. So I woulld obviously pick $$ over enviornment! My birthday is coming up and I need to buy myself something nice!!! I am eyeing a new bag!!!

Same here - my job pays me pretty well although with the new sheriff in town, bonuses for this year look slim. I hate the negative attitudes/environment. I hate the fact that I feel like my brain is wasting away b/c I'm not really thinking terribly hard which makes me antsy. Also, pimping chemicals doesn't exactly warm my heart...

Two in a half years driving me crazy.

But I stay for the security because if we fight me and my boss he will not fire me i know because he needs me.

What's more important to me?

A quiet life which I do not have.

OMG, exactly!!! My fellow brain waster!!! I feel like the people around are idiots and I can be doing so much more with my talent!! God I hate the fact that I love money!!!

I love that I have the oppurtynuity to be creative, I love that people come to work with me b/c they are celebrating something. I love listening to different demos and puttinf together new nights.

I hate putting in a min. of 60 hour work weeks.
I hate being here every night & weekends.

Sometimes I feel as though I am underappreciated, It botheres me that alot of the staff under me does not respect me or my position b/c I am a women and b/c of my age(most of the men that work here have been waiters for longer than I'm alive)

I'm the bus. manager for a restaurant.

Choices, choices... As long as I have enough time outside of work to do other stuff, it's not a bad compromise for now....just keep paying down debt and having fun in off hours...
