Are you looking for all inclusive or not?I would book as soon as you decide where you want to go.
ETA: We went to the Divi All Inclusive resort and loved it!

MY ARUBA HM REVIEW Hope it helps!I booked restaurants a month in advance, but you don’t have to. You can call a day or 2 before to make reservations.

Re: question for past brides who went on there honeymoom to aruba
good question! i'm going to aruba also and i heard that you can make your res's with the concierge in your hotel (or call from wherever you are) on the first day you arrive, and it should be fine. El Gaucho and Flying Fishbone are two that i've heard are worth going to. The lighthouse also maybe, and i have to get a few more names - i'll let you know. i'd like to call before i go to make some reservations also - better safe than sorry ya know!

We went too. We were at a timeshare so we didn;t book too far ahead. Most restaurants are available days in advance but the more poplular ones book up quick. For example, we wanted to go to Azull and they were booked the whole time.
I recommend The Pirates Nest, The Flying Fishbone and Le Dome. They were our favorites.
