All of mine are from OOT, so I called them.

Re: How did you invite your out of town BMs and/or MOH to be in the wedding party?

I asked my sister in person when she came to visit. The rest I sent cards to. I wrote a note about how much they mean to me and how it would mean so much to have them in my wedding. Write something heartfelt and you can't go wrong. Or you can make them something. I was going to make 'Bridesmaid' shirts for them and mail them out with a note on it that said 'Will you be my...' but there were too many and I was scared that someone might say no (the shirts I got them were more than I wanted to spend if it would go to waste). I ended up sending the shirts after they accepted, as a sort of thanks/now we're all in this together sort of thing.
