It's like I'm 8 years old or something!

My tooth fell out last night!

I had some chips and crunched on something hard - my back tooth cracked in half...

It was around a filling, and there's a big gaping hole back there! Now I have to find a dentist...

Ugh...that happened to me a few months ago. Had to go and find a dentist ASAP. Hope its not annoying you too much.

Awwweee!

That happened to me a couple years ago. I called my dentist who said to eat on the other side of my mouth til he could see me a few days later. He didn't treat it like a real emergency, though it did feel weird!

It doesn't hurt. and luckily it's in the back so no one can see. But

I don't know what they're going to do? Pull it out altogether? The system is awful here.

Hmmm.it depends on how big it is. They were able to close mine with another filling. They said since it was kinda big it might now hold. Knock on wood, its a few months and its still there. But they said if it doesn't hold I would have to get a crown made. I don't think they will pull it unless it is extremely damaged beyond repair.

Hate to tell you Farrah but the same thing happened to me 2 years ago. I needed to get a crown put on my tooth. I can't even tell its there anymore and it didn't hurt. They just shaved your original tooth (what is left of it) into a small stump and glue on a crown (or cap whatever its called). No novocaine from what i remember.
