Queens Girls - Do you know of any places that rent out party rooms?

DH will be graduating from the FDNY Academy and I want to throw him a party.

I am looking for a place that can accomodate approximately 50 - 80 people. Preferably in Queens, but Nassau would be ok too...

I will supply food, liquor and music (trying to keep costs down and not have another wedding!!!)

It will be more like a party than a gathering so the place would have to be ok with a DJ, etc...

Any Suggestions???

O'Neils in Maspeth
There are a few places in Bayside that have seperate party rooms
Woodhaven House on Woodhaven Blvd.

Did you have an area in Queens that you were thinking about?

I was thinking in the Ozone Park area... That's easiest for me to run back and forth to, but at this point I am looking for anywhere reasonably priced...

there is a place on metropolitan avenue in middle village called the dance club or dance studio i can find out exactly and its not to far from o.z. its a dance studio that they rent out for parties. a friend had his engagement party there its nice and it was inexpensive and they aloow you to bring food from the outside. there is also a few knights of columbus halls in queens i know there is one in maspeth but im pretty sure there is one on crossbay blvd as well. they rent out there space and there usually inexpensive

there is another knights on woodhaven blvd if you call information im sure they can give you the number. there is also a vfw hall on myrtle avenue in glendale also not that far from woodhaven and cross bay


you can also try local bars that have back rooms they usually let you the room free if you buy the drinks from them

what about adrienennes and rocky's on Cross Bay Blvd(correct title)?? There is one on Rockaway Blvd near Cross Bay called Villa something.

There's also the White House in Whitestone, really nice room. Or in New Hyde Park, the NHP Inn.

Thanks Ladies, I think I am gonna go with a Knights of Columbus, my mom threw a party at the one on Lefferts and it turned out beautifully!!!

This is why I come to you ladies. My brain doesn't function without LIW...

Yes!! Near the CVS and diner on Cross Bay Blvd.
