Where can I buy a different looking card holder / birdcage?

I want to buy something victorian looking, but all I ever see is the plain white birdcages...any suggestions as to where I can find something a little different?

thanks!

It's big, it's ivory and hangs from a hook on a stand, she has ivory and gold ribbon on top.

It's very pretty. She rents it, but I'm not sure how much it is.

You can rent them from Patchogue FLoral. They had a few to choose from.

Azoodie and several other brides have made a photo cube box for their cards.

It came out beautiful!

I did a search on Victorian BirdCages, and here is what I came up with. I know a vendor that has something exactly like this in white. Let me get the info to you.

I love the one pictured on the top...but could you actually fit cards in there? Thanks, Chris!

Alicia, I bout an old victorian looking box from Tuesday Morning. It was in green though, but i will make it antique white with gold hardware! I could not find anything out there! It cost me $15! try homegoods stores for olf fashioined looking boxes! i will post pictures when it's finished!

sounds gorgeous - can't wait to see it! I want to find something I can just buy...so far the only DIY project I enjoyed and did well was my cake topper :) I get so stressed out trying to make things, so I guess I would just rather buy a card holder already 'finished'.

You can totally fit cards, they'll just have to 'open' the cage with the door.

Re: Where can I buy a different looking card holder / birdcage?

I found this one on ebay - it's absolutely gorgeous. But, it's $199 - I personally think it's gorgeous and I would use it as decoration in my home afterwards.

Or, you can always sell it to someone else!
