Is this a good price for a crinoline?? ETA I won!!

I can bid on a full ballgown size crinoline on Ebay for $35 which is including shipping. Is this a good price?? It's new and never been worn.

On the same token, to hoop or not to hoop??? I think I am leaning towards a crinoline without hoops because I'm thinking the dress will go up when I sit down!! Is netting better or having hoops?

That was a good price but I found it beneficial to try on different varieties of crinoline at the store with my dress. Also, the seamstress helped me determine which one worked, so I bought it at the salon. Some are fuller than others, some more full at the top, etc.

She had me try on an A Line crinoline, but I told her I wanted it fuller, so this one is a very full a-line, almost ballgown.

Worst case scenario, if it's too full, I can always sell it!!!

OK I won it for $35!!! I used Buy It Now...she also has a 'Send a Best Offer' option, but I never used that before, so I didn't bother.
