I picked my wedding dance song!

We picked 'Hero' By enrique Iglesis. Such a nice song and it means so much to us. It reminds me of us when I listen to it.

What is everyone elses song?

I love that song. Ours is I Cross My Heart by George Strait. Its the first song my FH or at the time boyfriend song drunk to me in the bar

I haven't given any of this stuff thought yet..how long did it take you to decide on the song?

We were driving somewhere and listening to his c.d.

We both said it out loud why don't we use this song at the same time

God bless the broken road - by Rascal Flatts. I'm not a big fan of country music but it's a real pretty song with significant meaning to us.

Till There Was You- Beatles. This is a real sweet song not many people know. My FH and I are huge beatle fans. We want to take dance lessons to this song but we both fight over who's leading. So we'll see what happens!!!! Could turn into a wrestling match in the dance studio ( hey! But that could be fun!!!!!

Actually, most people are picking a cake cutting song instead of the traditional 'the bride cuts the cake' Do a search, you will find many threads on this topic with great ideas!

our wedding song will probably be ' I do' by 98* (yes corny but I love the words to that song) and our cake cutting song will ' either how sweet it is, or cant help myself)

The first song doesn't really have to be slow. We picked an upbeat first song, I think it sets the mood for the rest of the wedding. IMO something fun usually gets the guests in a party mood.
