Need help with coming up with a wedding theme for March

Hi ladies,

I am almost positive that my wedding will be in March of 2007 at Westbury Manor. I need any ideas you may have for themes for this time of year. I am not really into the 'spring' idea and I think it is too late for a winter theme. HELP!

What day do you think it will be. My friend is getting married on st. patricks day so she is doing that kind of theme. You can do a monogram theme. I think that you dont' have to have a theme per se, you can have a theme with colors where everything matches & goes together.

True, but I really want a theme. I really wanted to do a Winter Wonderland theme but I think late March is too late for that!

HOnestly with the way the weather has been...it is more wintery in march april then in dec/jan. I think if that is what you want do it. I saw on one of those wedding channels on tv that the girl got married in teh middle of the summer & had a christmas themed wedding. Do whatever you want...its your wedding

We got married March 05. I chose Euro Grey gowns for the girls...I thought this was neutral--not too spring, not too winter. They looked beautiful!

My centerpieces were 12 jumbo calla lillies in high centerpieces; my BMs had light purple callas and mine was white callas with stephanotis and freesia. So I guess my theme was white, purple, and grey. It was all very simple. We had a high 50s, sunny day...but a blizzard the week before! March can be hit or miss...but it was beautiful.

Have you considered maybe a green theme. Or you could try a western, victorian, medieval, renaissance, hearts, butterflies, angels, etc... there are all kind of themes you can do.

My wedding is 10/29. I didn't want to do a fall or Halooween theme so I just stuck to a cloro theme...pink and brown... everything is pink and brown

why dont you do a candle theme? or an antique theme.

you can also maybe do a tiffany theme. that is good all year round.

did you look on the theme board? you can do a theme based on your honeymoon: ex. Italy you can do Sinatra music during SH, name your table after cities in Italy, give out cheese graters as favors. etc
