Ok, now I'm nervous.

I think I do a good job-hey nobody is perfect but I want $$$$$$$$!

We have 3 reviews every year. what a PIA!!!!!!!! umm, can I get some work done instead of doing self-appraisals every other day!?

3 reviews? I would be a mess. I didn't even get one last year and I got $$. Now, I'm hoping for $$$$.

I hope you have better luck than I have been having. even the best review possible (exceeded expectations) gets you a lousy 3% raise

what's the incentive to do better?!

I got 5% last year and I was only here 6 months. So sorry to hear about your situation. That is no incentive.

Well my boss just got back from a meeting and it seems like everyone is pissing her off. She apologized to me earlier about snapping and I was fine with it. She's usually very in control. The review will probably be next week. No celebrations tonight.
