whats the best part of owning your own home especially for people who have rented

i was blasting music yesterday (in the afternoon) and didnt have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. also having lived below so REALLY noisey people that came and went at all hours of the night its so nice to have privacy and piece of quiet. also decorating the front of the house i also wanted to be able to do that i missed it from living at home with my parents.

one last thing nosey landlors. i use to have a landlord that would sneak into my apartment when i was at work to make sure all the lights were turned off because it was a basement and he paid the electric although the rent was hig enough for me to leave my lights on day and night. because i lived in a basement i had to go around the house and down dark stairs to get into my apartment when i knew iw as coming home light i would leave the outdoor light on he would take the bulb out i knew then its was time to move
