Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
My limo company is Sir Oliver Limousine.I was looking for PU/DO only since i am getting married in the same place. My budget was like 700. I wound up spending 600 for PU/DO for 2 limos and pick up at the end of the night. Jennifer was great to work with.
My cars include champagne soda, fully stocked. And the limos will be new 2006 lincoln limos.

I chose mine based on reviews/price/staff/fleet.

--What makes a good company
Included limo to take us back to hotel at end of night, champange, soda, other drinks in limos, aisle runner.
--What did your quote include (did they offer to take you to your destination after the wedding, your parents? Champagne, the runner??)
Depends on how many limos, size, and amount of time you need. Start calling around and when you have narrowed down, go see the limos. We have 2 limos (10 passenger and 14 passenger) for 3 hours each and with gratuity it was a little over $800. If you get a Rolls it may be more $$$.
--What kind of price range are we talking here?
Both, and they offered the best pricing and were the nicest to work with (Royalty).

Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
We used Alexis because FH knows the sales manager and gave us an awesome deal. We looked at ALOT of other companies but went with them because we knew she would take care of us.

Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
--What makes a good company
I based it off reviews, recommendations and service, as well as the overall feeling when I met with them.
--What did your quote include (did they offer to take you to your destination after the wedding, your parents? Champagne, the runner??)
The pick up for us after the reception was included, as well as a full stocked bar, champagne and runner, even though our parish does not allow one.
--What kind of price range are we talking here?
It varies, but since I wanted a pick up afterwards for my parents and family as well, I knew it would come out to be more than the usual 3 hour quote. We also wanted a Rolls for us, which added to the cost. I noticed that most companies though, had similar quotes for Lincoln's, Rolls, etc. but depending on what discounts they give, it can change the pricing greatly. I was able to stay under $1800, which was what I wanted to be at for all the cars, the p/u's and d/o's.
--Did you pick yours from recommendations or because they offered the most?
Both, I only went to see companies that were highly recommended, then I factored in how I felt when I met with them, and the pricing. We ended up booking Royalty Limousines.

Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
we chose sir oliver because they come highly recommended on LIW and from my DOC and when I spoke to Rich I felt comfortable, we talked for ab out an hour on the phone... and then when i saw him in person it was another 45 min conversation, he is just super friendly and i knew it was the right choiceI could have gotten it a bit cheaper from another company BUT people ahdnt heard fo them, and then i just felt like the minimal difference in price wasnt worth my stress...
I got 1 1940 caddy for 4 hours
and 14 -18 passenger escalade (2006) for 4 1/2 hours
fm for price

Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
We are also using Alexis and I am thrilled - the quote includes runner and champagne. They also offered to upgrade us to the larger limo for free (i declined we didnt need the larger and thought they should have it available in case another bride did need it) so they gave us free limo service to anywhere in manhatten/LI after the wedding! They were also wonderful to work with!!I chose them after meeting with alot of companies and getting prices. I met them at the Chateua Briand expo.
FM for price or any other questions!!
In the end it came down to personality and quality of the people we'd be working with - prices and limos were about the same for everyone but other services were rude and their limos were dirty.

Some questions for my expert brides![]()
--What makes a good company
Reputation, service, and BBB rating.
--What did your quote include (did they offer to take you to your destination after the wedding, your parents? Champagne, the runner??)
Fully stocked bar, runner, professional drivers in tux. Our hall gives us a room for the night after reception, so there was no need for us to be taken anywhere.
--What kind of price range are we talking here?
From Serentity Limos, we are getting two 10 passenger limos for 5 hours each. During that 5 hours, the limos will be acting as shuttles for our guests to/from the parking lot to the ceremony site (instead of a valet or a shuttle bus), both before and after the ceremony. We are also getting a third 10 passenger limo that will provide round-trip to/from reception for the family so no one has to worry about alcohol consumption and night driving the hour from East Wind back home. All this, plus the bride gets the owner of the company as her driver(I think he is great and will make sure that if I experience any kind of anxiety he'll make me laugh). We are paying less than $1500 including tip for the drivers.
--Did you pick yours from recommendations or because they offered the most?
I've set an amount of money I can spend on each vendor and still keep the wedding at a price FH & I can afford. I have carefully considered the opinions of the girls here, as well as BBB ratings. After a vendor (any vendor) is recommended, has none or one BBB complaint, and comes in within the budget, I then go on my comfort level with each vendor. If I feel comfortable, and get that 'this is the one' feeling, I book. If not, I don't, and I keep looking.

Re: So then, who is your Limo company?????
We are using All Star...WHY??We fell in love with...well I fell in love with their Rolls Royce..It looks like I just rolled off the showroom floor even though its a 1960 or so car.
My FI and I were impressed with the people who worked there and how CLEAN everything was. I am sure they were not the cheapest but I think the price is fair.
And they own their cars and do not subcontract out.
