Hair People in Nassau County/Queens
I am starting to panic....my wedding is 3 months away and everyone I have called for hair is already booked or cannot leave the salon because my wedding is on a Saturday night.
Does anyone have any recommendations on hair people that will be willing to come to Plainview for the day of my wedding? I should add that I am not looking to pay $600 for my hair...as I have gotten many quotes around that price and that is just not in my budget. By the way, I also have 8 other family and friends who will be having their hair done as well.
PS: The Hair Genie and Denise Venti are already booked for my date.

There is a salon in Plainview called Two Stephen Street and they are on Manetto Hill Road and they are awesome!! Why dont you give them a call and see if they can help you out. I have used Donna.

I am getting married on 2/18/05 and I just called Elena yesterday (an LIW vendor). She is still available for my date. She was great on the phone, very nice and helpful. She comes to you day of and does hair and makeup. I am going for a trial on nov 13th. I will keep you posted!

I already know that I will be using Hair Designs by Christine, I have used her before.
She travels anywhere, I believe. Good prices, great work. Around $100 at your home.

I used Michael from the Jewel Box. He came to my home. I was very happy with my hair and he also did my makeup. He was a little expensive though.
