former bourne brides... what menu options?

Past Bourne Mansion Brides.........
What do you guys recommend as menu items? Any hors d'oeuvres that were an especially big hit? What did you guys choose as your entrees? I've heard that the food there is great but I was just wondering if there was anything that you think I should definitely have because your guests raved about it. Thanks!

martini bar - huge hit
mahi mahi with pineapple mango sauce was really good

seafood in raw bar was great

we did the raw/seafood bar, the sushi station, chocolate fountain and we added passed baby lamp chops. From what I understand they were all good. I only had a little of the sushi.

For entrees we had the Mahi Mahi mentioned above, the filet mignon with the gorgonzola and the chicken in the puffed pastry.

At our tasting the mahi mahi was awesome, but I didnt think it was that good the night of the wedding, but the filet and the chicken was really good.


Oh - one of the only other cocktail item i had was the chicken quesadillas and it was AWESOME. very yummy!! We also chose not to have the carving station and added more passed appetizers and had another dish in the 'from the hearth' section.
