NWR: Atkins Support Thread.....

I started Atkins on Saturday and I'm doing well. I also will be working out 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week. I figured, for those on Atkins or are thinking about starting that we could start a thread to support each other, give ideas on what people's menus are and their progress.

Re: NWR: Atkins Support Thread.....

Im gonna start Atkins (hopefully - last time i started i was off it in one day. I had the worst headache from not eating carbs) after the holidays. I eat so many carbs that I hope to lose 10-15 in two months. But it would be a great thread.

there are carbs in alot of things you dont even think about fruit, veggies milk, salad dressing sauces to get fast results you have to follow a strict diet , its a 2 week detox thing basically ridding your body of sugar. rice and bread is a start

The book give you all the info you need. Also, if you go on atkins.com you will get the general guidelines of the diet, i.e what you can and can't eat and recipes and even a two week menu.
