Got A GREAT pasta recipe from Lidia! Easy!

All it is is this:

In a pan, brown some garlic in oil (enough to almost coat the pan). Don't dice the garlic....just slice it. Then add ground ret hot chili peppers, like you'd put on a pizza. On the side, boil your pasta water and throw in the Capellini (use anything, but I like Capellini). Add one ladle full of pasta water to the pan with the garlic. When pasta is firm, drain and add to your pan. Add a drop of olive oil and add in fresh parsley. Serve. Yummy......

Add parmesan cheese if you'd like.

Ohh I just started watching Lidia and think she is wonderful. I want to go get some of her books, any recommendations on which is the best?
