gift ideas needed

fsil just shared that she's pregnant and i'm going to see her this saturday at a family gathering. i'd like to pick up something small for her as a 'congrats' type of gift, but my mind is blank on what is a good gift. any ideas on what to get someone who just announced they're pregnant?

Is this her 1st pregnancy? She probably already has the what to expect when you're expecting book, but I heard the jenny mccarthy book belly laughs is a great and funny pregnancy book. If not, maybe get her a gift certificate to a maternity clothes store since she'll need to buy a lot of new clothes soon.

At babies r us they have these cute sonogram frames. It has a little poem and a place to put a sono grm picture. Very cute idea!!
