Wedding dream-very strange

I know it is normal to have weird wedding dreams but I am so far away...anyway, had nightmare last night about not having booked hair and makeup (in my dream I wore a ponytail and no makeup and had a very 'unorthodox' veil).

Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't had actual wedding dreams/nightmares yet but have had nightmares about wedding planning....like oversleeping for appts to look at dresses and going in my pjs....i am a weirdo!

I had tons of weird dreams, so you are definatly not alone! First, I dreamed that my wedding was 'adjourned' for a week (I'm a lawyer), then that I was in a Church (I'm Jewish and got married at the hall) and they threw open the doors for me, but I was in jeans, with no makeup!

I just had a weird dream the other night. MY wedding was at a carnival and I watched the baker drop my cake on the ground and he said, 'Oh well.... I'm only making one' then the DJ showed up and they were interns and all they played was country music.

Believe me, they never end! And every time, I wake up and think they are real!

I had one where I was wearing this HORRIBLE (i mean UGLY) dress and was crying. I told my mom their was no way I was getting married looking like this. I have a year and 10 months to go I wonder how many more dreams I'll have.

I had my first wedding nightmare the other night where my priest made a mistake w/ our date. Someone else was already booked for our date and his response was 'oh well, the 26th is available.' The funny thing is I actually remember thinking in my dream, well, I wonder if I can now get a Saturday night for a Sunday night price! It's weird the things that come out in dreams.

I just had one last night.. i dreamt my wedding was over and i didnt remember A THING!!! not our vows, who was there, the reception, the food, NOTHING... i was sooooo upset that i couldnt do it again so i knew what happened... i think i cried in my sleep i was so upset!

i think it is a fear of something going wrong or being too busy that i dont get to enjoy it.. (honestly i do fear not enjoying my wedding... FMIL can be a nightmare! she loves to be the center of attention and does what she can to get things her way if one method doesnt work she tries another! it is usually guilt trips!)... FH has been great though in keeping her in line! At her other son's wedding the Priest made a speech during the ceremony on how he had to kick her out of the grooms room before the ceremony and how she needs to butt out!!! I am considering hiring a DOC just to babysit her.. heehee
