NWR - Apartment for sale

Hi all,

This is not wedding related but this board gets the most traffic.

My friend Liz is trying to help her two friends find a buyer for their one bedroom apartment in mid-town Manhattan. They must get $400,000 FIRM. The kitchen is small and must be renovated. The apartment is otherwise, in good condition. The building and area is fabulous - elevator, doorman/concierge, laundry room, gym and roof deck. The address is 333 E. 53rd. b/t 1st and 2nd. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in the rear, so it's quiet.

They were in contract to sell in Manhattan and in contract to buy in Brooklyn but the buyer flaked and pulled out. They have two little kids and must find a buyer ASAP or they will loose their Brooklyn apartment.

The Manhattan building requires excellent financials and isn't really interested in buyers who want to turn over for investment purposes, but may agree for the right person.

What's the square footage? What are the board requirements?

Is she listed with a realtor? Because if not, I can have one of my Manhattan agents contact your friend about doing an open listing. This way she gets quick activity. FM if she's interested.

Liz has all the info. She just asked me to pass along the info since she is trying to help them find a buyer.

Liz says that they do have a broker already that they have been working with.
