Curves

Do you think Curves is a good gym? Just wondering if a 30 minute work out is enough to lose weight. Then again, I guess any workout is better then none!

Re: Curves

I think you could probably do a search and find out some stuff. I haven't tried it, but knew quite a few people who did and didn't stick w/ it.

Re: Curves

I don't know much about curves, but I only train for a half hour a day. it is a good amount of time for weight training.

If i were you, I would join a real gym and get a (good) trainer. You can get a lot out of a half hour if you do the right exercises for the right amount of reps.

In my opinion, you shouldn't do the same exercises constantly, and you should work with free weights as much as possible. Does curves have free wights?
