FH read many of your incredibly supportive posts and I think he really understands how important my hair issue is to me (even though the rest of the world couldn't give a rat's patootie).

I plan on cutting my hair VERY short and dying it back to red - the same color it was when we met. I will leave the top a little longer than I would have just to give the stylist more hair to work around the headpiece. I dont plan on doing this for a little bit of time yet. Everyone has their opinions and I prefer not to catch lip from anyone and everyone for the next three months if I do it now. Thelast thing I need is to hear 'How could you cut your hair before your wedding?' I have enough anxiety about things.

Not everyone can wear very short hair, but I've seen pictures of you. You can pull it off so well! Also, I think your dress is so chic and perfect for a short hairstyle. You deserve to be happy with you hair! I can't wait to see pics!!

I agree - you look fabulous with short hair - plus it is so much easier (added bonus!). Glad you were able to come to a decision you and your FH are happy with

Thanks ladies. Honestly, I think he was tired of the nagging. Once I went for a consultation and told him that my hair wouldnt be long enough without an extension to create the look I think HE may have preferred, he knew it was a done deal. I would have needed an extension not to wear my hair down and long, but to actually create the illusion that I have a bun or an updo, which, IMO is ridiculous. It isn't me.
