Photo/Video quotes

hi! i need quotes for a photographer and videographer its for an april 07 wedding im interested in:
photo at house before ceremony, ceremony and reception
i want a price for 2 parent albums (not expensive)
1 album preferably 10'10 but 8'10 is optional too library style with at least 36 pics
thank you cards?
couple of 5'7's and a portrait size (maybe its 11'14 not really sure)

the video i would like for the ceremony and reception

all info is greatly appreciated! thanks a lot!
