Whats the best way to defrost my wedding cake for our anniversary?
The top layer of my cake is in the freezer and we would like to defrost it for our anniversary. I tried to search for previous posts about this but I couldn't find any. Does anyone know the best way to defrost the cake (in the fridge?) and how long before our anniversary should we take it out of the freezer? Thanks everyone!

I just did this this past weekend......I took it out of the freezer the day before our anniversary and left it out on the counter overnight. In the morning I put it in the refigerator. We ate it that night and it was so yummy!!!!! DH said he didn't remember it tasting that good at the weddign!!!
