Commack wedding center

Any feedback on there dress dept. They can get my dress cheaper, im just wondering about their seamstress and costomer service. Any feedback will help.

check out Phyllis from Gownfind... she was significantly cheaper than CWC's already cheap price... and the people at CWC rubbed me the wrong way - the dress woman was annoyed that i wanted to try on a specific gown and that she had to go look for it...

Website is www.GownFind.com. Also call Burtons and find out how much the dress costs through them. They are generally less expensive than most, and the customer service is far better than CWC. 631-424-3377.

I got my dress at the wedding center and had no problems with alterations or anything. ..they did a great job on my dress!

I was a BM recently and we got our dresses there. Horrible experience! Never again!

i went there and loved the dresses. they just want you to p/u the dress as soon as its in, which they make happen a month before and since i already lived with hubby, couldn't do it

I went to CMC to look for my dress and I found that they were trying to rush me. I firend of mine got her dress there but she wasn't that happy with the way they altered her dress.

I have always heard 'do not use the CWC seamstresses', they have a very bad reputation.

I bought my gown there and was very happy with the help I received and the price!

I did not have my alterations done there, they were ridiculously over priced! It’s kind of a “cheesy” store, but I got what I wanted at the price I wanted, so I can’t complain.

We went there about 2 weeks ago after meeting them at a bridal expo. The owner was awesome so we went there the following weekend.

Well... one word for the customer service: HORRIBLE!! The workers were rude to the customers, there was no personal attention and it felt like a 'bridal mill'.

yes, they may be cheaper but why add any more stress onto a stressful event?

I would skip the commack wedding center unless you are looking for rude employees.

I decided not to get my dress from there because they don't have caps on alterations. I actually had another store beat their price by $50 and I am much happier that I didn't get it from TWC in commack. I've heard too many bad things from too many different people.

My mom got her dress there and really liked them since the dresses were about $300 cheaper than other places. She didn't necessarily like the alterations but it was because of the dress and that it had so much beading it was impossible to shorten. But she really liked them all along. Make sure to always go during the week because Saturdays are entirely too busy and you won't get the attention you deserve but that's everywhere you go. Good luck!
