Mother Daughter Song

Is anyone going to do a mother daughter song? If so what song are you going to use?

i'm not doing one...but i heard one on the radio that is just plain beautiful. i think martina mcbride sings it, it's a country song (but it doesn't sound 'country')...i believe the name of the song is 'In My Daughter's Eyes.' it's a tear-jerker of a ballad. you could check that out!!

Another nice one is Wind Beneath My Wings...my sister used that for mother/daughter dance.

I think 'you raise me up' by Josh Grobin is really pretty for Mother -Daughter, but I think only if you have a DJ, I don't think a band could do it justice, you know? There are certain voices you just can't duplicate.

I feel like they do get left out so i was thinking to dance with both of my parents, start off with Dad them half way throught let mom join in.

Im going to dance with my dad and then my mom--I totally agree that they get left out and since I am so close with my mom and grew up living with her(parents are divorced) I feel like it is so important to dance with her too. We were thinking of Because you loved me by celine dion also because it makes us both think of each other(i was shocked when she brought it up and said it made her think of me and my brother and explained how because it always makes me think of her--so its perfect for us)

I suprised my Mom and gave her my BK instead of throwing it and then we danced to 'I turn to you' by Christina Aguilera, she was bawling and everyone loved that moment.
