Obviously a few...

DMV
Credit Cards
Bank
Social Security...

Drawing a blank on the others. Also what is needed to go about changing my name? Thanks girls!!

Ok for ss you need your photo id ( bring birth certificate just in case) The bank needs a copy of your license, which is the same for your insurance and jobs, things like that.. Dmv I am not sure of..

health insurance - if you or your DH want to be listed on each other's policies you need to call your HR departments. No need to change your name first. Some places need the info within 30 days of your wedding.

Also, life insurance beneficiary info.
make one another Pension, IRA, 401K beneficiaries

don't forget your passport!

oh, and at DMV, you need to bring your official marriage certificate.

Credit cards
Social Security Card
School loan
Professional Organizations
Professional Honor Societies, etc.
Health Insurance
Malpractice insurance
Passport

Another list I worked off of:
