I don't even want to THINK about it! I hope that the almanac is right (no snow predicted that whole week).

Re: Any other winter brides..
One year from today! I actually do hope it snows. I've had this kind of snow fairy princess thing in my head since i was little, i would like a little flurry.

Re: Any other winter brides..
i definitely want a little snow (nothing that will cause accidents and stop people from coming..not that any kind of weather could stop our guests...they're party ANIMALS! ) like a light flurry..definitely nothing that includes inches..hehe

Re: Any other winter brides..
i agree with you ladies...a lite dusting of 1-4" would look really pretty in the pics i think. my hall has gorgeously white lites they keep on during the wintertime in the trees and such...so that mixed with snow will look goreous.

I agree, enough snow to make it pretty but not so much that people won't be able to come

Re: Any other winter brides..
I am - but i got a limo with four wheel drive and had my contracts drawn up with a blizzard in mind so we are covered if anything happens (knock on wood) - my priest knows i will walk to the church if necessary I will be married Feb 11th regardless of if there is a party afterwards.
I hope we all have wonderful weather and experiences!!!

Re: Any other winter brides..
I'm getting married no matter what!
I was stressed at first, but then I convinced myself that it was silly to worry about something that I have ABSOLUTELY no control over! We did, however, make sure that our officiant has 4 wheel drive and my dad and brother are firemen, and will drive everyone in the trucks if necessary.

Re: Any other winter brides..
I don't think it matters. One of my coworkers got married the day of a blizzard. A lot of people didn't come to the church, but almost everyone showed up to the reception....and the pics were gorgeous.

Re: Any other winter brides..
A dusting would be GREAT...but with my luck in life, I know it will be a BLIZZARD...oh well, I'll be there...and FH will be there...we will be okay!
