We are currently recruiting for these positions: 1ADMINISTRATOR: this position will oversee a 200 + bed supported housing program serving mental health consumers in Nassau County. Responsibilities include: maintaining census, managing property and maintenance for sites, developing new housing location, supervising staff, establishing linkages with service providers, and addressing client housing concerns. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor's degree in related human service field and housing & supervisory experience. 1SOCIAL WORKER: a professional will become part of an innovative, mobile, outpatient team providing mental health services to recipients residing in Nassau County. Responsibilities include: psychosocial assessments, service planning, individual & group therapy, providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, support services and crisis intervention.
