What was the best shower favor you ever received? We are planning my sister's shower and we need something creative and useful!

Hmmm tough one....I am just going to post my shower favor (I had nothing to do with it but was pleased) to help generate ideas...don't know if it is best but I use it everyday, it was a heart shaped coffee scoop (in community album) and also chocolate.

Ours! Wish I had a pic but my sister made CDs with about 10 songs--our song, our parent's wedding song, MIL and FIL's wedding song....it was so touching.

Once at a shower I got a little tree to plant to signify how the couple's love grows. That was great, too!

I like the practical things, we received a collander and once a whisk .. really nice and came in handy..
The cd sounds so sweet..

Just a suggestion, not necessarily the 'best':

My mother gave oil/vinegar bottles for my shower. They had hand-painted grapes and wine bottles on the front.

All the ladies at my shower say the one my sister got was the best favor they ever received. It was a heart-shaped ice-cream scoop and the day my shower was held it was 100+ degrees, so it was perfect

for my shower my girls got a coffee mug from ikea and filled it with a 'perfect blend' tea bag, wrapped chocolate covered biscotti and two rock candy sticks. my mil also brought a basket of assorted cookies with the following shapes: high heel shoe, purse, bridal gown, lingerie..i got a lot of compliments..

Mine!They did a Mexican themed shower and my sister made 'Margarita' Salt Scrubs. They were great and useful.

For RD favors I had edible chocolate. They were $1.50 each.

I loved mine! My MOH made them. They were little purple burlap sacks filled with M&Ms and a chocolate flower-shaped lollipop.


I also love the favors that I picked out for my MOH when she had her shower. It was a scented votive candle made into a flower. I don't have a picture, but they were so pretty! Everyone loved them. And she got married right before Christmas, so all of the candles were Christmas scented.

I loved the ones from my shower. My mom got this one and one with the tealight holder also. They were sooo cute!!

My sister did small bottles of shower gel and those poofy sponges and made ribbons that said from Lori's shower to your shower and the date. They were adorable!!

That's what we did for mine too. But we did the pouf, a scented soap, and bath beads.

I really like the nice glycerin (sp) soap wrapped in a washcloth with a handle or ribbon attached and the note that says from so-and-so's shower to yours......
