Flower girl dresses

I'm having three 'flower girls' although one will be 2, one will be 3 and the other will be 6. So the 6 year old is the main flower girl, but we wanted all of our nieces and nephews in the wedding. Last night I went with my three sister-in-laws (all a mother of one of the girls), to get the fittings for their bridesmaid dresses. And we saw some flower girl dresses. I'm giving them a lot of say in the dresses because I figured I know they're going to be cute in anything. Well last night the two younger girls mothers loved this one dress. I have to be honest, I didn't really like it at all...one thing is everyone's dresses are satin, and this was like a tu-tu style dress, I didn't know if that would go. So all that for this question...do I just say, whatever you guys want and focus on a different dress for my 6 year old neice? I don't want to offend them...I don't know what to do...they kept saying well the younger girls can wear something different from the older one. What should I do? Does it matter?

Re: Flower girl dresses

Is it one of those things though, when you look back, that you're like...it really doesn't matter?

Re: Flower girl dresses

In the end I really don't think it matters but with that said I aslo think you should have the biggest input on the dresses.

Re: Flower girl dresses

Thanks! I'm just not a really good person at judging fashion, so I never know with these things! Thanks so much!
