Repost: Buff Brides Program at NYSC
Anyone do the Buff Brides Program at New York Sports Club? or plan on doing it? I am considering it, but it is big $$$.Just wondering what your experiences were with it? good? bad? otherwise? comments?
Am I crazy to spend the money? I only have 2 months to go and need to get into some kind of regimen!

It's a great program...when used properly and not abused (ie: diet)....I honestly don't know if you have enough time, b/c it's usually suggested at least four months before the wedding, but it's worth a shot.
I'm starting in January, and going through March. I got a discount b/c my friend is manager in their corporate division.
I honestly KNOW it's worth every single penny.

Beth did Buff Brides. I think she posted her progress on the Slim Down board. She really liked it and felt it was worth the $$$.

Thanks for the info!I figure it is better late than never.
There was no way I could do it earlier between work and school. (I am graduating w/MBA next Thursday)
The only thing holding me back is the $$$ - but I think I am gonna do it!

It is a 3 month program where you meet with a personal trainer 2 times a week - so it includes 24 training sessions as well as 3 month membership. It is a 'program'.

Im interested, but im already a member at NYSC. Maybe I should just meet with a personal trainer twice a week.

Re: Repost: Buff Brides Program at NYSC
I think that you get a discount if you are already a member.Ok I just called and got the rates
If you are a member $1425
If you are not a member $1550, which gives you full access to the gym for 3 months.
This includes 24 sessions for 1 hour with a trainer.
1 regular training session is $83.
A 10 pack of training sessions is 719 or 71.90 each and the price is reduced when you buy more sessions.
With Buff Brides the sessions are about $60 each and they make you commit to 2 days a week at the same time every day.
I hope this helps.
