Snowflake??
Im doing a snowflake theme....anyone do this or have pics....looking for ideas. I did my favors/seating cards out of snowflakes...well they are christmas ornaments...so it worked out well...today i got candles in the shape..wasnt sure if i wanted them but they were 50% off so i grabbed them.
im just looking to get other thoughts on this...thanks!

Re: Snowflake??
You can maybe do snowflake shaped cookies with your initial on them as favors.

Re: Snowflake??
We are using a snowflake thing, but not a ton. There's a snowflake on the invite, and the same one willbe on the table numbers and menus. Our invites were sealed with a snowflake wax seal , and I'll use the seal again on the placecard/CD favor.Other than that, that is all we are doing. I didn't want to go go overboard and have the wedding turn into a winter/holiday looking party. It is subtle.
The idea is to have a few snowflakes to ward against a blizzard.

My invites have a snowflake border; my table cards have a snowflake on them; we're having an ice sculpture in the form of snow flake; my place cards have a snowflake border. I don't have pictures but I got everything at:invitationsbydawn.com (snowflake invites)
ebay - table cards
place cards - gaddisdesigns.com

Re: Snowflake??
they have hole punchers that are the shapes of snowflakes. I used them to punch holes in my oot bags for guests. We also saved the paper snowflakes and are going to sprinkle them on the tables.

I don't have a picture, but I got the seal and the wax (which comes in sticks for a glue gun and makes it VERY EASY) at Impress. We got lots of compliments on the 'cool' wax seals.
If you use the wax seals, make sure your invites get hand canceled!
