planning so soon but the early bird really does get the worm (lol)!

My sister (MOH) wanted to secure a date for my bachelorette party in June - yes, 6 months in advance

So she did with my BP & I am glad she did! We want the limo to meet us at a hotel & then spend a night in NYC & return to the hotel on LI. Well, the Wingate & Marriott Uniondale are completely sold out for that Saturday night in June 2006.

The morale is - IT IS NEVER TO SOON TO DO ANYTHING! Take it from a fellow bride who booked her reception hall back in 9/04

I hear you! People think I'm crazy too! My FH's friends are even making fun of me because I picked up a Christmas present for him on Christmas eve (we don't usually exchange, we go on a trip but, since he was coming to my parents house and he bought me a nice shiny ring this year...) He's like aren't you a planner???

I am the child of a planner and I guess I don't know any differently. If I don't have things planned, I get a bit stressed!

yes, I'm often called 'bridezilla' because we booked so many of our vendors so early....but who's laughing now...me!!! I don't have a lot left to do!!!!

Amen!! I booked my hall in 04 too!!
I was ahead on pretty much all of my planning...until now of course.
