For those who had/have corset backs...
Then woman at the bridal shop pulls it in 1-2-3 no problem, but thats her job...what happens when I take the dress home, and its the morning of getting ready???? Am I going to have a problem? Will it be hard for someone in my BP to do????

I just replied to this question on another thread yesterday. My sister thought she was going to have such a problem lacing up the back but she did an awesome job!! Dont worry about the lacing.. its not that hard. If my sister can do it, ANYONE CAN!

You will be fine! My sister was soo proud of herself that she was able to do it all by herself
At one of my fittings she BEGGED the seamstress to come to the hotel on my wedding day to lace it up for me. Needless to say, she did a great job !

My MOH practiced the night before. We allowed extra time the morning of, and didn't need it! She did it 1-2-3 and it looked great!!Don't stress the small stuff.....it's not worth it!

It's just like lacing a shoe - really easy to do.Oooh That Rhymed!!!
In all seriousness, it really is easy, you've got nothing to worry about.

Re: For those who had/have corset backs...
I actually had two of my bridesmaid do it. They all got an end each and made sure each end was even as they threaded it through.
They did a great job...........It should only take a couple of minutes........but you can have them both try to do it beforehand if you are that worried about it.
