photo albums and video

ok so I got married in March of 2005 and we never got around to do our albums or video.....so we finally picked out our pictures and we emailed the photographer (DUET) about dropping the stuff off and they havent responded yet.
Should I be nervous will they still do them
WE ARE PAID IN FULL!!!!!

how long did everyone else wait?
