Gown question
How many have strapless gowns? My cousin recently had a strapless dress for her wedding and the next day she had terrible bruising under her arms, seems painful. Anyone else have this experience?

Re: Gown question
Some people said they have had this problem - my SIL, who has a large bustline, was told when she was gown shopping that she'd be better off going with straps of some sort, if she had strapless it would be tight and she'd be pulling it up all night.Mine is strapless as I do not have this problem!

Re: Gown question
I won't really know until July but I am a DD and I have a strapless dress. It has a corset back though so I don't think that I will be uncomfortable.I have heard that girls with lots of bodice beading sometimes get redness or stratches under their arms from the constant rubbing.

Re: Gown question
I had pain at the bottom of my corset, but nothing at the top.I think that a good bra and a properly fitted dress should be fairly comfortable.

Re: Gown question
For my sister's wedding we wore strapless dresses and the wire in it really hurt me!!! I had a nice mark on me, but it went away after a few days.

Re: Gown question
If the gown is fitted correctly, you shouldn't have any problems.
