any brides on weight loss plan
I would like to loose some wight and get toned before my wedding and honeymoon (still don't know where I am going) do you girls reccomend a gym or plan?

You should check out Slim down - there have been some helpful posts there lately...The best thing to do, really, is cut your calorie intake and increase your exercise.... But that's easier said than done....

I am doing WW. I have already lost 15lbs and the FH lost 30!we didnt think we could do ww...but we got the at home kit
and i go to the gym 3 times a week
and go to trainer twice a week for an hour
I just need to drop 5 more lbs

I alternated running and pilates (Pilates for Dummies) everyday. I was running for a while and I added the pilates in recently and it really helped with toning.And I cut out cheese and olives from my diet (my 2 favorite snacks)

Weight watchers!!!I have lost 40 lbs and FH lost 60 so far.
But we haven't weighed in since Christmas.

I was doing WW before the holidays but have been really bad lately... I am starting up again. I loved the results on WW

Just eat a lot of protein and fiber filled foods all day long. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. Drink as much water as you can. I go to kickboxing 4-5 days a week too. My results are slow to myself but people swear I look so much thinner! Good luck.Welcome New Vendors
